1.How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your product's shipping tracking number. You can check the estimated arrival date of your package by going to www.UPS.com and entering the tracking number you received. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number's logistic information to show up-to-date status.

2.When will the order be shipped?

Orders are usually shipped Monday through Friday. Please allow 24-48 business hours for processing (including other expedited services). In most cases, all orders usually ship the same day. Orders processed over the weekend will be processed on the Monday of the following week. Shipments will not be processed on weekends or national holidays.

3.Can I change/cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once you have processed your order, we are basically unable to change or cancel your order. Your order will be processed through the automated warehouse processing system as soon as it is placed and confirmed. This will ensure that we are able to ship your order quickly and efficiently, getting your products out our doors as quickly as possible. In the event of a permitted cancellation, we will charge a 15% cancellation fee of the total order amount. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4.Why can't I enter the coupon code?

If you are having trouble entering a coupon code. Please contact our customer support department and one of our staff members will help you process your order with the coupon code/discount.
